Started this rainy Tuesday morning off with a super tasty smoothie bowl 🍌 I’m going to hot yoga this morning and spending my whole day getting school work done 📝 so I wanted to start the day with a filling, nutritious meal! The base is: 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of @pescience vegan peanut butter delight protein, organic spinach, one frozen banana, and a whole lot of ice! I topped it with half of a carob chip @perfectbar, some vegan dark chocolate chips, and @purely_elizabeth granola (my fav granola eveeeer) 🎉 lots of protein, micronutrients, and superfoods fueling me today 💪
Sweet or savory breakfast, which do you prefer? I loveee berry smoothie bowls but there's nothing like a hearty savory breakfast sometimes🙌🏽 This savory wrap was satisfying and full of my favorite veggies (portabella mushrooms+ Swiss chard), @hilaryseatwell veggie burger, hummus and the best grain free @sietefoods tortilla! Also, this had to be eaten with a fork😂

I made a big healthier Mac n Cheese at the weekend and it does not look pretty when it’s heated up!

SW, the Mac n Cheese is 🆓 using cheddar as HEA, nandos sauce is 0.5 per tbsp
Feels like a throwback to India today as i’m enjoying this delicious Kerala curry!
My boyfriend and I did a Kerala cooking course when we were there and we learnt how to make some incredibly delicious food and it’s all completely plant based!
Only difference for me is that they wanted to cook it with 4 chillies 🌶😥🤯 but having the pathetic mouth that I have I could only manage half a chilly 🙈😂
However it was so delicious and flavourful!
So we recreated it last night and I had the leftovers for lunch today. I cannot describe how tasty this was!
I’m pleased as I definitely used to be someone who just couldn’t cope with a curry- shows you have to keep persevering and not block yourself from discovering amazing things out of fear- pretty sure that applies to WAY more than just food!
Anyway I’m well aware that I’ve been completely rubbish at posting the last few weeks but I’ve now started my new job and am moving flat this weekend and so will be able to post A LOT more after that!
Also have some very exciting news that I will be announcing later or tomorrow so watch this space!
