Just some footage from last night.. 3rd set @ 220kg! Could probably have done more reps or weight - but my knees was starting to feel it after having done squats and front squats.
Anyhow, I’ve been slacking a bit since we entered this month.. mostly just been doing some maintenance workouts and stuff like that. But that has finally changed again.. now it’s freaking on!
