The base is 1T greek yogurt cream cheese (1sp) mixed with salsa on top of extra thin tortillas (2sp), with FF zesty beans and a #traderjoes light white cheddar slice (2sp) cut into "shredded" melty cheese! Baked in toaster oven at 300 for 5-7 minutes for a 5sp din din! 😋
