One of the best @skinnytaste recipes I’ve ever made 😍😍😍 This was so delicious & super easy to make. It’s so tasty you’d think it was a million SmartPoints but would you believe, it’s 0️⃣sp on Flex 🙉 Easy Shredded Harissa Chicken - https://www.skinnytaste.com/easy-shredded-harrisa-chicken/ ⭐️ I didn’t use olive oil to fry the garlic, just a spray of the Flora sunflower cooking oil 🌻

Went to weigh in last night & the result was -1.5lb ⚖️ I was expecting more so felt a bit demotivated but I won’t give up 💪🏼 Total 5.5lb in two weeks so I can’t complain 😊 Even though I think I would have had a better loser with ProPoints, I think Flex is a much healthier way of losing weight, its much easier to stick to & keep it off in the long run!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️
