Nothing too exciting going on here today for #whatchristineeats. Walked 2 miles on the treadmill during my lunch break even though I forgot to pack the proper...um...support. 🙈
Stopped at Subway for a quick dinner before our Girl Scout thing tonight where I plan on fending off allll the treats by chewing on some gum. Wish me luck! 😉
Dinner: Italian BMT chopped salad (7SP) and then I brought my own light olive garden dressing (1SP) and jalapeño cheeto puffs (3SP)
Lunch: taco soup (1S), corn Good Thins (2SP), 🍎
Breakfast: biscuit & gravy bake (5SP), coffee with SF creamer (1SP), unsweetened applesauce (0SP). I can always tell when I need to get to the grocery store, I'm out of fresh fruit!
Snack: hard boiled egg and cup of diced mangoes 😵 (blech, we bought it on accident thinking they were peaches)
Week 8 weigh in 1.3kg loss.
so excited to be in the 70's.
I have mentally struggled this week but held strong and kept to my blue dots, (went to the movies yesterday and packed my own snacks. and all I wanted was a piece of cake or muffin but held strong)
my excersie has been 0 with my ankle playing up more this week, but have to remember it was less than 6 weeks ago when I injured it very badly.

return to the gym, consume more water.
I’m still not feeling good otherwise I would have made my own soup! My goal when I’m recovered completely from this flu is to try to follow clean eating too. But there is nothing like the comfort of chicken noodle soup! Only 4 points for a cup & 1 points for the crackers! 🤗
