I may have had a gain at weigh-in today but I hit the gym after my meeting and kicked some boo-tay! You know how sometimes you just aren’t feeling it and others you feel like you could run for days and not stop? Today was my day to feel great. I think I could’ve run all day at this pace and not gotten tired. I only stopped when I did because I really needed to get home. It felt great and I ran the entire 6 miles straight, no slowing down at all. It felt great!
