This is Vicky, one of my clients working on her core strength since having 3 kids!! Our main focus this year has been to re strengthen her abdominals using different exercises and there has been so much improvement!
Hanging knee raises, if done correctly are an amazing way to improve overall strength as they work all major parts of your abdominals. Keep this movement at a partial range of movement in order to increase stress on the abs and to prevent the use of hip flexors. Remember to always slowdown the eccentric part of the movement (when you bring your knees away from your chest) and squeeze at the top as you bring your knees back up 💪🏼

Made another batch of Muesli this morning, took all of 10 minutes and is SO much better than the stuff in the packets with heaps of added sugar 🤦🏼♀️ and it lasts ages! This time I added: oats, buckwheat, chia seeds, coconut, goji berries, dried blueberries, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, LSA, cinnamon & dried banana 🍌🍇🍓🍑🍎 All you do is mix coconut oil with the mixture and grill it until its crunchy (keep an eye on it though or you'll burn it) 👨🏻🍳👩🏼🍳
Absolutely no clue what I'm doing in this pic but I'm so stoked to announce I am officially a STOTT trained Pilates instructor as of yesterday 🙌🏻😁 Pilates has been a big passion of mine for a while now and I want to teach others the benefits of it as well as up skilling myself 💫 thankyou @bepilatesnewzealand for an amazing course.
