I have started a project that I am excited about + extremely nervous to share.
I am finally writing my book it’s my challenge of 2018 to finish it, so I can share with you all my journey through anorexia and depression from my early teens and 20s to where I am today + why I started TL - which was to inspire women to live healthier + happier lives.
I want this book to be able to spread some light on eating disorders and how it affected my life but also inspired me and made me who I am today stronger and more determined.
I was A young girl who was battling deep down to be accepted and loved by looking and weighing a certain way.
Something I am so passionate about is helping and inspiring women who maybe dealing with something similar + know that it’s possible to come out the other end so hopefully by me sharing my story this will help someone in someway. ❤️ can’t wait to share with you all it’s a process and a little emotional but by me posting this I know I have to complete this task!
Little gym Sesh this morning before a 14 hour flight to LA + Sporting a fresh new spray tan. I’ve been struggling for a while to find a tan that’s dark enough + that doesn’t go patchy after 4 days. After talking to my girlfriend @rozalia_russian about how her tan always looks super fresh + never patchy ( even after 2 weeks! ) I had to go check out her girl Michelle at @skinluxe it’s the perfect organic dark colour and not orange. When this babe @marina_alisonjade attacks the brows ❤️ seriously though you the bomb diggity. I probably get asked at least 5 times a week about my brows check them @alisonjadebrows out in Melbourne + Perth. ✌🏽
“Pilates on crack” 🔥 AKA Lagree . A workout many celebs are obsessed with. A low impact workout which is easy on your joints, but is SO intense! During class it is normal for your muscles to start shaking uncontrollably (don’t freak out!). If I am not shaking I know I need to really slow down + push myself harder.
I recieve message’s all the time saying they are bored of their workouts and want to try something new.. if you haven’t tried lagree guys do it! Its f$cking intense the first lagree studio in Melbourne is @kkorefit and classes are 45-50 mins, which you get a total body workout! Seriously so addicted #kkore#lagreefitness#lagree#pilates
My Christmas break comes to an end tomorrow. Although I am so excited to get back into the office + workout routines. I’ve had such an amazing break it was well and truly needed. I can finally admit I was slowly burning myself out with work, travel and stressing over unnecessary situations to the point it was making me physically sick. This year we have some really exciting things happening at @tullylou_team I cannot wait to share with you all. This year is going to be a BIG one! If I have any advice for anyone wanting to follow their dreams and start a business. “Dont be afraid or get held back by fear, always follow your heart” Watching my business grow the last 5 years is honestly so rewarding!
